Their Story 

Vera and Valley are two 6-year-old bichon-poodle mixes whose bond is as strong as their hearts are gentle. Having come from a life where their needs were overlooked, they find comfort in each other and move through the world side by side, offering quiet reassurance and companionship. Since receiving the care they so desperately needed, their sweet, affectionate natures have begun to shine, they lean in for love, seek out attention, and are simply grateful to be seen. They would thrive in a patient, nurturing home that understands they may need a little time to fully settle in, but will be rewarded with two devoted companions who only want to be close. Keeping them together is important, as they draw strength from one another, and in return, they will bring a special kind of love into the home that welcomes them.

Their Sponsorship 

Vera and Valley will need sponsoring for their daily care at the rescue, including for their food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of their rescue journey, and they would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks and soft training treats are especially great.
