Her Story

Turkey is a sweet senior cat who was abandoned at Famous Fido Rescue after surviving months outdoors in dangerous heat. When she arrived, she was suffering from life-threatening heatstroke and needed immediate emergency care. Even more heartbreakingly, Turkey has been declawed on all four paws, leaving her especially vulnerable and unable to safely defend herself outside. Despite everything she has endured, she is affectionate, gentle, and deeply deserving of a peaceful indoor home where she will always be protected and treasured. Turkey needs someone with a compassionate heart who will give her the comfort, security, and unconditional love she should have had all along.
