Her Story 

Meet Twilight, a gentle 5-year-old cat with a heart as big as her luminous eyes. Twilight found herself in need of a new home when her previous guardian relocated overseas, unable to take her along. Despite this upheaval, Twilight remains remarkably sweet-natured and affectionate. She adores curling up in sunny spots and enjoys the occasional playful chase with feather toys. Twilight craves companionship and would thrive in a calm, loving environment where she can shower her new family with purrs and gentle head nudges.

Her Sponsorship 

Twilight will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Twilight is litter trained and will need supplies of clumping litter for her tray.

Transparency in Adoption Fees: What Your Contribution Helps Cover

At Famous Fido Rescue, we believe in being transparent about our adoption fees and the important care they help provide. Each adoption fee covers essential health services to prepare animals for a safe and happy transition into their new homes. This includes spaying or neutering, which costs between $85 and $500 based on vet availability. While we aim to use low-cost clinics, busy schedules may lead us to private clinics to prevent delays in adoption. Vaccinations start at $45, with young animals often needing multiple rounds. We also provide microchipping, which can cost up to $80, to help ensure the safety of every animal. Additionally, fecal testing is performed at $50 per test, and for all our cats, we run FIV/FeLV testing at $55 to secure their health. Your adoption fee makes all this vital care possible, giving each animal the best start in their forever home.
