Spirit

His Story
Spirit was surrendered to our center when his former guardian felt they no longer had time for him. He was ending up spending 20 hours a day in a crate. He is a very smart and sweet boy, and he is deaf. Despite this, he does follow hand signals very well. Spirit is social with other dogs and has never had any issues in his past. He does have a big appetite and requires raw food. This boy loves going for walks, for drives, and desperately just wants to be a part of someone’s life. He would be a very loyal and loving companion. He is a very large dog, so he will need a home physically capable of handling him on walks. 

His Sponsorship
Spirit will need sponsoring for his daily needs at Famous Fido Rescue, including for his food, housing, and vetting. Enrichment is also a very important part of Spirit’s rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Spirit strictly eats raw food and loves fresh carrots.
