About:Sammy  is an owner-surrender to a shelter.  He is magnificent in bearing and is active and sociable, loving to get attention and to go on long walks.  He loves to learn and is attending nose-work training classes

He would be great in a home with no other dog, cats or children and where he would have an committed guardian to give him all the attention he deserves, along with continuing positive training of various sorts.  A large yard, securely enclosed where he can work off energy would be ideal, supplemented with nature walks.

Sponsorship Needed: He needs the wellness sponsorship along with visitors to socialize with him in the yard and take him for walks.  He needs funding for training and an advocate to promote him for adoption to the right person.

NEEDS:
Wellness exam with skin assessment & internal assessment to find cause of frequent vomiting (Vaccinations due November)

Care (food, housing, enrichment)

Positive training & Socialization
