Her Story

Ruby is a young dog with lots to learn, and she needs someone who can give her the time to teach her all the things a young pup should know and have fun with. She was surrendered to our center because her former guardian said that they were pregnant and had no time for her anymore. Ruby does have some separation anxiety because they were keeping her isolated and not letting her out to play much. She has a very mild and sweet demeanor but can react at times if her boundaries are not respected. We think she would adapt to a new routine well with positive reinforcement.

Her Sponsorship

Ruby will need sponsoring for her daily needs in center, including for her food, housing, and veterinary care. Enrichment is also a very important part of Ruby’s rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
