His Story

River is a sweet and friendly one-year-old boy who was surrendered when his former family could no longer provide the care he needed. He arrived very underweight and is now receiving nourishing meals, careful attention, and plenty of love as he regains his strength. Despite all he has endured, River remains affectionate, gentle, and eager to connect with everyone he meets.
