Powder is a 2-year-old Chinese Crested with a heart of gold. This sweet and gentle boy is a bit shy right now as he adjusts to his new surroundings, but he has a loving personality that shines through once he feels comfortable. His former family surrendered him when they were moving. Powder is playful and gets along well with other small dogs, making him an ideal companion for families looking to add a friendly dog to their home.
