Pinky (Female) and Bonbon (Male) (Bonded Pair)

Their Story

Pinky and Bonbon have had their world turned upside down, and they are understandably scared and upset. Their person had them for their entire lives-7 years to be exact, before leaving them behind in the apartment when he moved out and left the country. Pinky and Bonbon were left alone in the stark and empty apartment for several days before a neighbor took them in and reached out to us. We had to help. We can image their person coming home was the only thing on their minds. They loved him, loyally and faithfully. He was their whole world, and their whole world was ripped away. Bonbon is a female poodle mix who is 7 years old. Pinky is a Maltese / Bichon mix who is 7 years old. We are still getting to know this pair, as their heartbreak has put a bit of a damper on their personalities, but we can tell that they are sweet dogs with big hearts and they deserve the best life where they will NEVER be let down again! As a bonded pair Pinky and Bonbon will need to be adopted together.

Their Sponsorship

Pinky and Bonbon will need sponsoring for their daily needs at the center, including for their food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is very important to Pinky and Bonbon’s time here and they would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
