Penny

Her Story

Penny was surrendered in critical condition. Her family had not been giving her a nutritionally balanced diet, and her feeds were far and few between. She came in extremely weak and unable to stand. She would hang her head, unable to lift it. Since getting Penny on the right diet, and being supported by medicine to treat her hyperthyroidism, her appetite and energy has seen a great boost. She needs a special adopter who understands that while her care may be a little more than some others, that she is especially worth the effort. Penny is a very friendly cat, with a beautiful and kind soul.

Her Sponsorship

Penny will need sponsoring for her daily needs at the center, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Penny has hyperthyroidism which does require daily medication which is especially important to her health journey. Penny loves toys, and comfy spots to sleep or perch, and would be so excited to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Penny is also litter trained and will require clumping litter for her tray.
