Her Story
Meet Misty, a 7-year-old Maltese x Shih Tzu looking for her forever home. Despite being kept in a cage for 18 hours a day with little human interaction, Misty is still friendly with everyone, including other dogs, cats, and kids. She’s had a difficult past that has left her with matted fur, overgrown nails, and overgrown fur hiding her beautiful eyes. At the rescue, we’re providing her with the love and care she deserves, including medical attention. We’re looking for a loving and caring family who can provide Misty with the attention and regular grooming she needs.
Her Sponsorship
Misty will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and veterinary care. Enrichment is a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Misty loves bully sticks!
