Her Story

Meet Lilly, a precious 4-month-old puppy with the most innocent eyes that tell a story of hope and resilience. Lilly came to our rescue when her former person could no longer care for her, and now she’s looking for a forever home where she can feel safe and loved. Despite her initial fear and confusion, Lilly has a heart full of potential and is eager to learn and grow. She needs a patient and loving family who can provide her with basic training and lots of affection. With your commitment, Lilly can blossom into a well-adjusted, happy dog who experiences all the joys of puppyhood.

Her Sponsorship

Lilly will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great.

To send Lilly a care package, please see her wish list here:

Transparency in Adoption Fees: What Your Contribution Helps Cover

At Famous Fido Rescue, we believe in being transparent about our adoption fees and the important care they help provide. Each adoption fee covers essential health services to prepare animals for a safe and happy transition into their new homes. This includes spaying or neutering, which costs between $85 and $500 based on vet availability. While we aim to use low-cost clinics, busy schedules may lead us to private clinics to prevent delays in adoption. Vaccinations start at $45, with young animals often needing multiple rounds. We also provide microchipping, which can cost up to $80, to help ensure the safety of every animal. Additionally, fecal testing is performed at $50 per test, and for all our cats, we run FIV/FeLV testing at $55 to secure their health. Your adoption fee makes all this vital care possible, giving each animal the best start in their forever home.
