Her Story

Kiwi was left outside of Famous Fido Rescue inside of a box. We managed to catch up with the person who left her there, to try and see if there was anything we could help with, but ultimately, they were in the mindset that they just did not want her anymore. We could see Kiwi’s heartbreak. She came in looking worse for wear. She had dirt on her fur and was underweight. She’s been a little bit frightened. Most cats find a change of scenery overwhelming, but it seemed as though Kiwi had been through a bit more than just that in her life. Despite her hardships, Kiwi is a very gentle and sweet girl. She needs someone though who can pour their love into her and help her feel great about herself. She deserves to feel safe and know that her next family will always be there for her. 

Her Sponsorship

Kiwi will need sponsoring for her daily needs in center, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of Kiwi’s rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and play. Kiwi is litter trained and prefers pine litter for her tray.
