His Story 

Meet Jasper, a stunning 2-year-old cat with a heart full of love, searching for his forever home. Jasper’s journey has been tough – brought to us by someone who adored him but couldn’t keep him due to circumstances beyond their control. Now, he needs a calm, cozy sanctuary where he can feel safe and cherished. Jasper thrives on gentle affection, basking in sunny spots, and curling up on soft blankets. He longs for a kind-hearted person who will shower him with love and understanding. Jasper is A-OK sharing his home with another feline friend, but he’s okay with being your starter cat as well! 

His Sponsorship 

Jasper will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, which includes his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Jasper is litter trained and will need supplies of clumping litter for his tray.

Transparency in Adoption Fees: What Your Contribution Helps Cover

At Famous Fido Rescue, we believe in being transparent about our adoption fees and the important care they help provide. Each adoption fee covers essential health services to prepare animals for a safe and happy transition into their new homes. This includes spaying or neutering, which costs between $85 and $500 based on vet availability. While we aim to use low-cost clinics, busy schedules may lead us to private clinics to prevent delays in adoption. Vaccinations start at $45, with young animals often needing multiple rounds. We also provide microchipping, which can cost up to $80, to help ensure the safety of every animal. Additionally, fecal testing is performed at $50 per test, and for all our cats, we run FIV/FeLV testing at $55 to secure their health. Your adoption fee makes all this vital care possible, giving each animal the best start in their forever home.
