Her Story

Ginny was born at the center with brothers Fred and George when Famous Fido Rescue was helping with a cat named Puss n Boots who is in our care as part of our intervention program. Puss n Boots’s guardian reached out to our help with having his cat spayed, but when we arranged for her to be brought to the vet, it was discovered she was in the late stage of pregnancy. With the best interest of Puss n Boots’s health in mind, she birthed the kittens at the rescue, where they are to be adopted to warm and loving forever homes. Ginny is one of the beautiful babies who is still looking for her special person. She loves playing with her brothers here, and so we would ideally like to find her a home where she could be around another young cat to socialize with. Moving into a new home with a new family is a big adjustment, and so we think she would best set up if she were to have a young playmate.

Her Sponsorship

Ginny requires sponsoring for her daily needs at Famous Fido, including the costs for her housing, feeding and medical care. Enrichment is very important to Ginny’s time here, and she will need care packages with toys and dental treats. Ginny is litter trained and will also need clumping litter for her tray.

She is not yet spayed because she is too young, but will need to be at 6 months of age. She will need sponsors for her kitten wellness package to continue her vaccinations as she grows with us, and she already has a microchip.
