His Story

George came to Famous Fido Rescue when his former person reached out to us saying they could not manage his separation anxiety. They had taken George to “bootcamps” for training and medicated him. His person said that if they could not place him at Famous Fido, that they would be euthanizing him. He has been put through the ringer, and what we are really hoping to find him now, is the safe, stable home he deserves. George is an incredibly sweet, smart, and playful pup. He loves his cuddles, is a great listener, and is a bundle of fun to play ball with. George can sometimes get a little too excited around other animals, and would likely do best as an only animal in the household. What he craves most is your attention. He would love to have a backyard to get out and romp around in, and get to share your bed, or have a big fluffy one of his own rather than being crated. This gorgeous boy just wants to be a part of the family. 

His Sponsorship

George will need sponsoring for his daily needs in center, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is very important to help George feel at ease during his stay here, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great. George is about 25lbs and would also love a medium sized harness for his walks.
