His Story
Gato is a 1-year-old sweetheart who found himself in rescue through no fault of his own after his family decided caring for a cat was more than they could handle. Despite that sudden loss, Gato has held onto his gentle, friendly nature and still greets the world with trust and affection. He loves human company, enjoys attention, and has that easygoing charm that makes you feel instantly at home around him. Gato deserves so much more than being given up, he deserves a guardian who will see him as family and give him the love, stability, and lifelong commitment he’s been waiting for.
His Sponsorship
Gato will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Gato is litter trained and will also need supplies of clumping litter for his tray.
