Fogey
Breed: Min pin x
Age: 8 yr
Sex: Male
His Story
Fogey was surrendered to our center when his people moved into a place that did not allow dogs. Sadly, his people did not really care where he went. Their first question was “is it free to surrender him?” They were going to take him to be euthanized but it was too much money for them. Fogey is a very healthy and happy dog. To end his life would have been cruel. This gorgeous man deserves to have so much love from a family who appreciates him. Fogey is great at walking on a leash, goes potty outside, and listens when called. He craves attention and pats, and is especially fond of belly rubs. Fogey was not neutered until later in life, so he does have sometimes misbehave around other dogs, and would likely be a good fit where he could be the only dog in the household.

His Sponsorship
Fogey will need sponsoring for his daily needs in center, including for his food, housing, and veterinary care. Enrichment is also a very important part of Fogey’s rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
