Copper

His Story 

Copper was abandoned in our lobby! We didn’t get much of a chance to learn about Copper’s history, but what we have come to know of him so far is that he appears to be very quiet, and laid back. He would be such a great family companion! Copper is a good listener and seems to understand basic commands. He is good with potty breaks when taken out on a regular routine and he does well with walking on a leash. Copper is friendly with other dogs, and likely would be okay with cats and respectful children. 

His Sponsorship 

Copper will need sponsoring for his daily needs at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and veterinary care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
