Cody is a 5-month-old blue heeler mix puppy with a gentle soul and a bright, eager mind who is looking for the stability every young dog deserves. Despite being so young, Cody is incredibly quiet, observant, and already showing impressive manners – he’s even been holding his bathroom breaks until he’s taken outside. He’s smart, sensitive, and thrives on routine, making him a wonderful fit for a family who will treat him as a true family member and invest in building trust, structure, and joyful everyday moments together. After experiencing too much change early in life, Cody is ready to settle into a loving home where he can finally feel safe, secure, and cherished.
His Sponsorship
Cody will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks and soft training treats are especially great.
