Chonchon

About: ChonChon came into a shelter as an owner surrender.  He did not do well there because he was very scared and cage-resource reactive.  When he came to Famous Fido, he did react well to the director of Famous Fido and bonded with a little patience.  He needs a lot of reassurance that he is safe, and once he relaxes he loves to play with his toys.  He is most likely a one-person dog in his natural temperament and  strangers, especially men, may not be accepted by him.

He would do well in a quiet home, exercising within an enclosed secure yard.  It is not advised that he go to dog parks or have strangers be allowed to put their hands all over him.  An adopter must spend patient and loving time with him and take him to an obedience class to make him into the lively affectionate creature he has all the potential to become.

Sponsorship Needed: He needs wellness and training sponsorship along with an advocate who would promote him to experienced and committed adopters
