His Story
Brutus came from a situation where his former family were neglecting his care, stating that they could not keep up because they worked 12-hour shifts. When Brutus was surrendered, he had tightly matted hair, rotting teeth, and was covered in feces. It looked as though he had not been shown attention in a very long time. Brutus deserves to find a home that will help him reclaim the years of his life he has spent in neglect. He is on the road to a glow up and he is already showing so much promise. Brutus will follow us around wanting to be petted. He is begging to be loved! His future adopter should be prepared that his transformation will not be an overnight success story, but it will take patience and dedication. He’s worth all the effort though!
His Sponsorship
Brutus will need sponsoring for his daily needs in center, including for his food, housing, and veterinary care. Brutus will also need a dental. Enrichment is a very important part of his rescue journey, and Brutus would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
