His Story
Bilby was surrendered here with another cat named Bunny. The two of them were left in an empty apartment when their guardian moved out. The landlord only noticed the pair when he saw them sitting in the window. When he went into the apartment there was food left behind, but it was not left out for them to eat, and they were starving, dehydrated, and scared. It’s been a very traumatic time for them to be left behind and then go to a whole new and unfamiliar environment. They need someone to adopt them who has a lot of love and compassion to give. Their hearts are broken and need mending.

His Sponsorship
Bilby will need sponsoring for his daily needs in center, including for his food, housing, and vetting. Enrichment is also a very important part of Bilby’s rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bilby is litter trained and prefers pine litter for his tray.
