Angel

Her Story 

Angel was surrendered to our center when her person said they no longer had time for her. They had Angel as their childhood dog – from 7 years old – to surrendering her when they turned 21. She was devastated to leave the only family she had ever known. But Angel was spending long hours isolated in a room by herself, not receiving any attention or care. Her nails had never been clipped and were curled over, with some even embedded in her paw. It’s clear that Angel needs a lot of TLC. She is a beautifully natured dog but is very scared. She will need someone patient and understanding of senior dog’s needs. 

Her Sponsorship 

Angel will need sponsoring for her daily needs at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is a very important part of her rescue journey and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great.
