About I am a gray and white cat, here in a room with several other cats because of —and these two words are some of the most hated in all of “cat-dom”—owner surrender. So many of us owner surrendered cats live out our lives without getting another home. We do not know what we did wrong. We gave our love and affection to our forever home owners (Ha! Some forever home). We would never do to humans what is done to us every day…just give us away. When cats like me wind up in rescues or shelters, we spend a lot of time…just waiting. And waiting. Unfortunately, that is the BEST case scenario if we are not adopted. What most often happens to us is we have no time, but are disposed of to make room for other, normal, cats. I am one of the lucky ones: I was brought to Famous Fido, but still, I am waiting and waiting. You can help me by providing a monthly pledge or giving a one-time donation.
