Her Story
Luna is a 7-year-old German Shepherd with a sweet and loving nature, the kind of dog who leans into you for reassurance and connection. She is gentle, people-focused, and carries a quiet hope that her person is still out there. Luna would do beautifully in a home that can offer her stability and patience as she adjusts, giving her the chance to feel safe and cherished again. She has so much love to give and is ready to spend her golden years being a loyal, devoted companion to someone willing to give her that second chance. She was saved just in time for a euthanasia list from a shelter that only had 10 kennel spaces.
Her Sponsorship
Luna will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks and soft training treats are especially great.
