Her Story 

Cookie is a 4-month-old shihtzu puppy with a tender heart and so much love to give, just waiting for the right person to help her feel safe again. After being surrendered because her former guardian didn’t have time for her, she’s navigating a lot of change at such a young age and is understandably seeking comfort and attention from those around her. Cookie would thrive in a home willing to provide patience, guidance, and consistent training as she grows, and we believe she would especially enjoy having another dog companion to help build her confidence and keep her company. With the right support, Cookie has all the potential to blossom into a loving, devoted companion.

Her Sponsorship 

Cookie will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks and soft treats are especially great. 

Current with vaccinations/ Microchipped/ Spay agreement for 6 months old
