His Story
Cargo is a 1-year-old ginger and white boy with a gentle, sensitive nature who is still learning to feel safe in a new environment. Though he arrived scared and unsure, there is a quiet sweetness about him – he leans into soft affection and clearly wants to connect, he just needs a patient and understanding guardian to help him build that trust at his own pace. Cargo would likely thrive in a home with another friendly, confident cat who can show him the ropes and help him come out of his shell, and with time, consistency, and love, he will grow into a deeply loyal and affectionate companion.
His Sponsorship
Cargo will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Cargo is litter trained and will need supplies of pine litter for his tray.
