Her Story
Sassy is an 11-year-old feline companion whose world was turned upside down when she was surrendered after a new baby in the home developed allergies, leaving this sensitive senior feeling scared and unsure in a new environment. Though she may seem timid at first, Sassy is a friendly and gentle girl at heart who simply needs patience, understanding, and a calm, loving home where she can feel safe again. She would thrive with guardians who appreciate the quiet companionship and soulful presence that only a senior cat can offer, and who are willing to give her the time she needs to settle in and trust. Sassy longs for comfort, stability, and a forever family who will remind her that she is still deeply cherished.
Her Sponsorship
Sassy will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Sassy is litter trained and will also need supplies of clumping litter for her tray.
