Karl is an 11-year-old yorkie with a gentle soul and a heart that longs for quiet companionship and kindness. Despite the neglect he endured before coming into our care, Karl is sweet, calm, and incredibly appreciative of soft voices, gentle handling, and cozy places to rest. He is the kind of little guy who just wants to be near his person, feel safe, and finally know what it’s like to be cherished. Karl would do best in a calm, loving home where he can enjoy his golden years surrounded by patience, comfort, and affection. He has so much love left to give and is ready to find a family who will never let him down again.

His Sponsorship 

Karl will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks and soft training treats are especially great.
