Her Story

Karen is a 6-month-old maltipoo who came into our care from a heartbreaking situation where there were far too many dogs and not enough resources, and she has clearly missed out on the consistent care and attention every puppy deserves. Despite this, Karen is a sweet, gentle girl with so much potential and a whole lifetime of love to give. Now safe and surrounded by kindness, she is beginning to learn what it feels like to be cared for, and with a patient, committed family to guide her through puppyhood and beyond, Karen is ready to blossom into a wonderful companion and cherished member of the family.

Her Sponsorship 

Karen will need sponsoring for her daily care at the rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks and soft training treats are especially great.
