His Story 

Punky is a gentle, gray beauty with soulful eyes and a heart that’s been bruised but not broken. At just 3 years old, he was surrendered by the only family he ever knew, left behind with a box of toys and a food bowl that read “Mommy Loves Me”, a painful reminder of love that wasn’t forever. Despite the confusion and sadness of being abandoned, Punky remains a sweet and quiet companion who longs for stability, kindness, and someone who will never give up on him. He would thrive in a calm, loving home where he can feel safe again and rediscover what true, lasting love really means.

His Sponsorship 

Punky will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Punky is litter trained and will need supplies of pine litter for his tray.
