His Story 

Meet Booloo, a 2-year-old Shih Tzu Terrier mix with soulful eyes that tell a story of heartbreak and resilience. Booloo’s life was turned upside down when his guardian was tragically murdered, leaving him traumatized and without a place to call home. Now in our care, Booloo needs a very patient and understanding guardian to help him heal. He is good around other dogs but not comfortable around children, making him best suited for an adult-only home. Booloo needs a calm and serene environment where he can decompress and slowly learn to trust again. With the right person by his side, Booloo has the potential to blossom into the loving and loyal companion he’s meant to be. If you have the compassion and dedication to offer Booloo the second chance he so desperately needs, he could be the perfect addition to your home.

His Sponsorship 

Booloo will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, which includes his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great.
