Her Story 

Meet Fern, a sweet and gentle 4-year-old Shih Tzu mix who is looking for a patient and understanding forever home. Fern is understandably scared of her new surroundings, but we believe that with the right family, she has the potential to blossom into a big softie. She needs someone who will take the time to earn her trust and provide a loving, stable environment. While it may take a little while for Fern to let her guard down, the journey to see her true personality shine will be incredibly rewarding. Fern is worth the effort, and she’s ready to find a home where she can feel safe and loved.

Her Sponsorship 

Fern will need sponsoring for her daily care at Famous Fido Rescue, including for her food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of her rescue journey, and she would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great.
