Jace & Jackson (bonded pair)

Breed: DSH
Age: 3 years old
Sex: Male

Their Story

Jace and Jackson are beautiful cats with gentle and loving souls. They’re very dependent on each other and we would love to see them adopted as a pair. They came to our center after their guardian threw them outside when they no longer wanted them. They never deserved to go through such a traumatic abandonment – but here’s the thing – they still have an amazing capacity for love. They would love to be adopted into a family who would give them plenty of affection and be a constant source of joy for them.

Their Sponsorship

Jace and Jackson will need sponsoring for their daily care at the rescue, including for their food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of their rescue journey, and they would love to receive toys and treats for comfort and for play. Jace and Jackson are litter trained and will need supplies of clumping litter for their tray.

Transparency in Adoption Fees: What Your Contribution Helps Cover

At Famous Fido Rescue, we believe in being transparent about our adoption fees and the important care they help provide. Each adoption fee covers essential health services to prepare animals for a safe and happy transition into their new homes. This includes spaying or neutering, which costs between $85 and $500 based on vet availability. While we aim to use low-cost clinics, busy schedules may lead us to private clinics to prevent delays in adoption. Vaccinations start at $45, with young animals often needing multiple rounds. We also provide microchipping, which can cost up to $80, to help ensure the safety of every animal. Additionally, fecal testing is performed at $50 per test, and for all our cats, we run FIV/FeLV testing at $55 to secure their health. Your adoption fee makes all this vital care possible, giving each animal the best start in their forever home.
