His Story 

There’s a lot of sadness behind this beautiful boy’s eyes. Luca is 15 years old and was loved for his whole life by one person. Sadly, they had a terminal illness and there was no one in their life willing to takeover Luca’s care. For 15, Luca is in surprisingly good health. We can tell he was very loved. We don’t want him to wait long, as we can never guarantee how much time he has left. But the time he has, deserves to be spent with a family who will love and care for him, and make him feel safe. He shouldn’t have to be alone. 

His Sponsorship 

Luca will need sponsoring for his daily care at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play, and a comfy bed to rest on.
