His Story 

Meet King, a delightful 12-year-old chihuahua x maltese who has spent his entire life with one person. Sadly, his human found themselves overwhelmed with work and unable to provide the care and attention that King deserves. What makes King truly special is his undemanding nature; all he craves is love, and he no longer has that in his life. We are on a heartfelt mission to find King a new family who can fill his days with affection and joy. While King does have a growth on his paw that we are addressing, he is otherwise in good health. He is a social butterfly, getting along famously with people of all ages, and he’s an excellent companion to other dogs as well. King is a deserving soul yearning for a warm and loving home, where he can thrive in the company of those who cherish him.

His Sponsorship 

King will need sponsoring for his daily needs at the rescue, including for his food, housing, and medical care. Enrichment is also a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
