His Story
Beethoven was surrendered to our center when his former guardian was moving in with a friend and didn’t want him anymore. He came in with hair so matted that it tugged at his legs with every movement. His fringe was too long for him to see, and he was scared. Beethoven seems like such a friendly, happy go-lucky dog, and it’s sad that he was let down in this way. He didn’t deserve it at all. He now needs someone who can heal his heart. He’d be good with another small dog for companionship, but he would also be okay with being on his own as well. He can roll with the punches, as long as you can do what’s best for him and keep him safe and happy for life.
His Sponsorship
Beethoven will need sponsoring for his daily needs at the rescue including for his food, housing, and veterinary care. Enrichment is a very important part of his rescue journey, and he would love to receive care packages with toys and treats for comfort and for play. Bully sticks are especially great!
