Meet Prince, a gentle 10-year-old Chihuahua who deserves love in his golden years, not abandonment. Prince was surrendered because his former person could "no longer look at him." He arrived heartbroken, with a large tumor on his rear that desperately needs medical care. Treating this will require multiple vet visits, and while we don’t yet have an exact cost, we know it will be significant.
